Rebooking options and flight schedule adjustments due to coronavirus

Given the extraordinary circumstances caused by the worldwide Coronavirus crisis, we are unfortunately obliged to extend the temporary suspension of our flights. Our flight operations won't restart before 15 May 2020.

Rest assured that, in the meantime, the value of all impacted tickets remains valid for future travel as we keep your original ticket on hold.

If you hold a Brussels Airlines ticket (ticket number starting with 082), we offer you flexible rebooking options depending on when your ticket was booked.

Click on the item below that corresponds with the date you booked your ticket to see your rebooking options:

For all Brussels Airlines tickets, regardless of your destination or travel class, that are booked on or before 19 April 2020 and have a travel date before 30 April 2021, we offer a one-time free rebooking.

We understand that in the current situation, you don’t know when exactly you want to travel. Rest assured, you don’t need to make up your mind right now.

If you decide to travel at a later stage in the future, we offer you the time until 31 August 2020 to contact us to rebook your ticket. That way you don’t have to wait on the phone unnecessarily. Your new travel date must start on or before 30 April 2021. Besides your travel dates, you can also change your origin and destination. If the original fare is no longer available on your new travel date, the corresponding difference must be paid.

In addition, we are now offering a one-time FlightVoucher of €50* per passenger and per booking for a new travel date no later than 31 December 2020. The discount is not applicable for rebookings in 2021. Get your FlightVoucher here ›

So please don't worry about deciding on your tickets now, we keep them on hold for you until you're ready to fly again.
